Join me for a serene, lake view yoga practice at The Spa at Lakeside 2.0 every Monday and Thursday from 11am-12pm. This is a beginner friendly class with options for all levels. We will be socially distanced, wearing masks, and there will be heaters to keep us warm. Please call the spa ahead of time to reserve your spot… space is very limited.
