Join me for a serene, lake view yoga practice at The Spa at Lakeside 2.0 every Monday at 5pm and Thursday at 9AM. This is a beginner friendly class with options for all levels. We will be socially distanced, and have misters to keep us cool. Please call the spa ahead of time to reserve your spot… space is very limited!
